Ontario College of Art and Design

The Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) is located in the heart of Toronto and is Canada`s oldest and largest art and design university. Established in 1876, OCAD`s programs can lead to achieving a Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree in Art, Fine Arts or Design. OCAD strives to integrate studio with historical and critical learning, and experience a range of methodologies and research contexts via the university`s significant research arm. Sara Diamond, OCAD`s president, explains the motto as "At OCAD, the university of the imagination, we explore art and design practice through a diversity of cultures and disciplines.
